Metropolis
Metropolis Drafting & Construction was founded by Jonathan Litinsky. With years of hands-on experience in architecture and construction, Jonathan had a clear vision of what his website needed to look like. A crucial aspect of this vision was the design and development of an interactive map to help clients visualize the extensive geography of Metropolis’ remodeling projects within Los Angeles.
Drawing from the client’s preferences, we curated an elegant and refined color scheme, blending seriousness with dark charcoal hues and warmth with cozy beige accents.
In terms of typography, we chose a strict grotesque typeface with rounded letterforms to evoke architectural essence for headlines. Complementing this, we selected a simple grotesque typeface for body text to enhance user readability.
To find the best solution, we always provide the client with three options to choose from. We begin by creating concepts starting from the simplest, gradually adding layers of complexity to each subsequent one.
